Looks like our Indian Summer has truly departed and we can look forward to cold, grey rainy days interspersed, hopefully, with a little sunshine along the way.  

There's no need to push that fake tan into the back of the drawer/bathroom cabinet.  Unreal Sunless particularly caters for all the seasons.  The key is to take your colour down a notch whilst turning up the volume on the moisture front.  As with all things, we tend to forego our meticulous maintenance routine, of waxing and shaving followed by ruthless moisturising after our showers and baths in the winter because we tend to cover up more.  That's why we adapt our tanning products to include more moisture when you need it.

For that perfect Autumnal/winter glow we recommend you use Unreal Body Bronze which will give you a hint of colour, but you can build on this by re-applying every other day to achieve more depth.  Or, if you prefer something with a hint of instant bronzer which makes application easier, then try our Unreal Personal Tanning Mist in Light or Medium.  This colour will last for about 5-7 days before re-application.  

Always remember the key steps to take if you want to perfect that fake tan for best results and they are

• Shave or wax at least 24 hours before
• Exfoliate
• Don't apply moisturiser before you tan except on dry areas

Application is best done with a tanning mitt or a vinyl glove to help protect your hands.  Here are our application tips:

• Start at the bottom of your legs and work your way up the body
• Cover small areas at a time, ie lower leg, top of leg etc
• leave hands and feet until last
• Use the excess tan on your mitt for hands and feet
