Delivery Information

We aim to deliver using our free delivery option for orders over £50.00 in the UK within 3-5 working days of order confirmation, although we ask that you allow 14 days for delivery before contacting customer services on +44 (0)1172 140 134 or via email mail@unrealfaketan.com.

We can offer a guaranteed delivery service by 1.00pm.  PLEASE NOTE that orders must be received before 1pm for sending out on that day to be received the following day by 1.00pm.  This is at an additional cost as per our postage rates shown when you select your delivery type.

We also offer 48-hour UK delivery, which costs £7.99. 48-hour delivery is available for orders placed Monday to Thursday only, if you place a 48-hour delivery order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, then your order will be sent on Monday for arrival by Wednesday. Please allow up to 72 hours for delivery if you live in more remote areas of the country. Standard delivery within the UK is £3.95 unless there are any current site offers offering free postage and packing on orders over a certain amount. If in the unlikely event, you are not satisfied with the delivery charges then you have the right to cancel your order. No cost will be incurred by yourself should you decide to cancel your order.  

International Deliveries

International delivery varies and is determined by your basket/cart value. Please enter the products you wish to purchase into your basket/cart, then go to your cart total page and at the bottom of the page is a 'Shipping Calculator'. Enter your Country and Zip/Postal Code then click on 'Calculate Shipping' to see your shipping options.

If in the unlikely event, you are not satisfied with the delivery charges then you have the right to cancel your order. No cost will be incurred by yourself should you decide to cancel your order.

UK Deliveries

48-hour delivery orders are usually delivered with two working days, but please allow up to 72 hours for delivery if you live in more remote areas of the country. Worldwide Deliveries

Unreal Sunless products can be delivered worldwide. We aim to deliver within 7-10 working days of order confirmation, although we ask that you allow 14 days for delivery before contacting customer services on +44 (0)1172 140 134 liz@unrealfaketan.com We're sorry but we cannot accept responsibility for any delay in delivery.

 

Returns Policy

Faulty Goods

All Unreal Sunless products go through a rigorous quality checking process as part of the service we offer to you. Therefore it's very unlikely you will receive faulty goods from us, but in the unlikely event that this may happen then you will be reassured to know that we will be happy to refund or exchange the product as you see fit, once the fault has been verified.

Signatures Are Recommended When Returning Goods

You will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach us, so please ensure you obtain proof of postage. In the unlikely event of a lost package you will be responsible for claiming from your delivery company - so we recommend sending the package using a Recorded or Special Delivery service if in the UK, or another suitable 'signed for' service if you're located outside the UK.

Refunds

Once your item has been returned and we find everything is as expected (either faulty or in perfect condition) then you will be credited with the full purchase price of the item. If you paid by payment or debit card then your card will be refunded, otherwise you will be sent payment by a UK company cheque in GBP.
