Yes you can, there is no scientific evidence to suggest that any form of fake tanning product which is self applied presents a problem for the unborn child. Take care when having a spray tan in an automated booth to ensure you don't inhale too much of the solution. A hand held spray tan application by a trained therapist is a better option as this is directed more accurately by the therapist. When in the first trimester of pregnancy due to hormonal changes you can sometimes find that your tan doesn't develop as it normally should or your tan may appear patchy, so this is something to consider if you have an important event coming up - just in case!
If in doubt always refer to your GP for advice.
We would suggest you try Unreal Personal Tanning Mist in Light http://unrealfaketan.com/collections/self-tan/products/150ml-unreal-personal-tanning-mist or Unreal Body Bronze Tan Extender/Gradual Tanner. The Personal Tanning Mist is a once weekly applied product and has an instant bronzer so it's easy to apply. The Body Bronze is a cream based gradual tanner with no colour guide. You can use this every other day to build colour, we wouldn't recommend applying every day as this could create too much build up for your skin type.
Yes they can. Unreal Personal Tanning Mist is particularly good on the face. With its instant colour guide, it's easy to see where you are applying. Be sure to cover your hairline and eyebrows with a little vaseline to protect these areas from the tanning solution. You can use a tanning mitt or a cosmetic sponge to apply. Use a mirror so you can see what you are doing.
